Customers have the right to cancel for a period of 14 days from receiving the goods and must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us that they wish to cancel an order. With used or reconditioned parts we must test these before they can be offered for sale again, the cost of testing is deducted from any refund issued. With new parts in sealed packaging that remains un-opened there is no deduction for testing. Shipping costs are not refundable. If used or reconditioned parts are returned because the customer believes them to be faulty the parts will be tested, if there is no fault then the cost of testing is deducted from any refund given.
